FAMILY HEALTH & FITNESS NIGHT
@ Clough Elementary School, Mendon
On January 29th the Clough PTO sponsored a Family Health & Fitness Night. More than 200 people braved the bitter New England cold to attend this Family Fun event at Clough to spend time with their family and friends while having fun and learning about Healthy Eating, Healthy Living and forms of Healthy Fitness.
American Karate & Fitness had the kids learning karate moves as they stressed the importance of fitness, respect, and listening. Their motto: “it pays to pay attention” really caught on with the kids.

Sensei Sepulveda is a 9th degree black belt who studied directly under Ed Parker.
On Saturday September 12th, 2009, AKF had the priveledge of hosting a technique seminar with Mr. Sepulveda.
